But ever since i had some health problems and ended up in hospital in Dec 2012 i have lost all motivation. I have started a SMASH* book journal to give me some motivation, i really need it at the minute.
Anyway, i have been adding to my SMASH* book this week and i think i have got some motivation back, thank heavens :). I have made and printed off a food diary that suits my needs cause i did not like the Slimming World ones. In my opinion, they did not tell me what i was eating at each meal time, so i was getting a little confused.
I really need to keep looking at this quote, it is very inspirational and it proves we can do it if we really want to.
I love this picture, it is cute and it makes me want to get on the wagon with them :)
So as from this morning i am back on it 100%
For breakfast i have had
Banana
Light Alpen Bar (cherry bakewell) 3 syns
For lunch i plan on making some homemade tomato and basil soup.
For tea, i am still not sure yet but it might be slimming world sausages - can you believe they are free and taste better than the normal ones?
